We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• The watch must be unused and in original packaging

• Protective films and tags must be intact

• Proof of purchase is required

We will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
