MONVÈRE & CO Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.
Conditions for returns
- The watch must be unworn (trying it on is fine) and in its original packaging
- Protective films and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required
Non-returnable items
- Watches built to your own personal specifications at your request (for example, a custom combination of parts you asked for, or an engraving), unless they are faulty
How to return
Email us at support@monvere.co with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days of your return request. We may wait until the watch has arrived back with us before sending the refund.
Faulty or damaged watches
If your watch arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a photo or video. We'll cover the return shipping and repair, replace or refund the watch. This doesn't affect your legal rights: under EU law, you have a 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.
