Pre-made watches may be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

All MONVÈRE & CO. watches are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
It also covers movement or component failures under normal use.
Parts and labor required for eligible repairs are included.
During the warranty period, MONVÈRE & CO. will repair or replace defective components at no additional cost.
If necessary, the watch may be replaced with a comparable model.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Unauthorized modifications or opening of the case.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, bracelet wear, or other cosmetic signs of use.
Water damage beyond the watch’s rated resistance.

Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to us for inspection.
